New Teacher Institute (NTI)

New Teacher Institute (NTI) is an intensive training program that helps professionals with no prior teaching experience or training transition to teaching career and technical education (CTE) courses at the secondary level.

NTI provides pedagogical instruction and support to alternate-route teachers during their first year in the classroom through on-campus summer training sessions, pathway-focused regional trainings, and classroom observations.
