A National Board Certified teacher, Myra Pannell coordinates the Impact Learning team at the RCU and is responsible for implementing and supporting the MDE's innovative school initiatives such as career academies, early college high schools, districts of innovation, and instructional coaching. She earned a Bachelor of Science in elementary education, a Master of Science in technology and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from Mississippi State University. Pannell has 18 years of experience in education and holds IC3, COOL and Propulse certifications.
