Lynn Eiland
Lynn Eiland has more than 30 years of experience in education. Prior to joining the RCU in 2011, Eiland worked for MSU’s Center for Science, Mathematics & Technology. She has served as project manager for National Science Foundation, Appalachian Regional Commission, U.S. Department of Education, and U.S. Department of Labor-funded projects. She has also performed assessments and evaluations for National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of Education, and Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning-funded projects. Eiland has nine years of teaching experience in Lowndes County Schools. She holds a degree in Finance and a teaching endorsement in Business Education. Eiland served on MSU’s Institutional Effectiveness Committee for several years, received the Office of Research and Economic Development’s 2011 Research Support Award for Centers and Institutes, and completed the Departmental Administrators Working Group (DAWG) program in 2015.
