Katherine Hancock joined the RCU in 2023 as a project manager on the curriculum team where she works with educators and industry representatives to develop curricula in the health science pathways. She has nine years of experience in elementary, middle and high school music education. Before coming to the RCU, she created and implemented curricula – such as songwriting, audio engineering and music production – for specialty music classes in Memphis. Hancock earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is also an experienced worship leader and songwriter who enjoys overseeing her church's children and youth music programs.
