Crosby Miller joined the Research and Curriculum Unit in 2023. As a project manager, she assists the Mississippi Department of Education’s Office of School Improvement in supporting administrators and educators statewide. Additionally, she is a member of the curriculum team, working closely with educators and subject-matter experts to design and develop curricula for business and hospitality pathways. Before joining the RCU, Miller spent nine years as an elementary teacher and school psychometrist in the West Point Consolidated School District. Her exceptional teaching was recognized in 2018 when she was honored with the Church Hill Elementary Teacher of the Year award. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in school psychometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
