Annabelle Alsobrooks joined the RCU in 2021 a part-time project manager. She leads multiple online professional learning courses to assist educators in meeting requirements for licensure as well as scheduling and revising online courses for the RCU. Before joining the RCU, she taught Business Management in traditional and online settings at Pearl River Community College (PRCC) for seven years. She taught online courses for 10 years and continues to support career and technical education as an adjunct instructor for PRCC. She also spent three years as an educator at the elementary level. Alsobrooks received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Mississippi State University.
